D.I.Y horse equipment – money saving help?
Does anyone know how to make horse equipment to save money.
I know you can make rugs etc but they would be a bit hard.
I mean for the smallest of things like … a fly mask to the biggest of things. or even to something like putting to getting a cheap first aid kit etc.
Horse Blankets?
okay, im going to get a horse. I live in PA, NJ, NY area, so the weather is very different in the summer and winter. both are not mild. my horse will be getting clipped in the winter time. i will need blankets but dont know which types to get. for example, can i save money by buying a turnout sheet and then a medium and heavy stable blanket to go under? or do i buy a turnout heavy, medium and a sheet? fly sheets? dress sheets? coolers? help?
